I hereby authorize Custom Products LLC to initiate a charge entry on my credit or debit card in the amount equal to the amount I enter into the online payment option. I acknowledge I am responsible for inputting the correct payment amount and my Account Number. By submitting an online payment, I agree that there is a balance sufficient to pay all requested payments, and agree that Custom Products LLC is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge (including, but not limited to, finance charges, late fees or similar charges) caused by my failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay the payment amount I indicated. I understand that an online payment will be processed and credited to my account within two business days.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be shipped, most orders ship the next day when placed Sunday – Thursday. You will receive an email or phone call, whichever is your preference, if the order will take longer than expected. We ship all of our products with tracking via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

  6. In cases where the issue is due to a defect in the product or an error in customization, we will bear the cost of the return shipping and provide you with a replacement item free of charge.

If the issue is due to a mistake or change in customization details provided by the customer, such as misspelled names or incorrect measurements, we may require you to cover the return shipping costs. However, we will still work with you to remedy the situation and provide a revised custom product at a discounted rate.

Refund Policy

At Custom Products LLC, our utmost Priority is your complete satisfaction with our products. We are confident in the quality and uniqueness of our products, and we strive to provide you with exceptional customer service. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. First please see our exchange policy.

If you are unsatisfied with our product, please follow the guidelines below to initiate a refund:
